A lifelong mover and teacher, Paula Lord had spent years leading fitness and wellness classes that left people stronger but still searching.

 

Her own spiritual training in Pranic Healing revealed what was missing — energy as the invisible partner of every stretch, breath, and beat.


When she approached The Alignment Code Lab™, she was ready to merge the two worlds into a single experience: movement as medicine.
