Welcome. I'm Norma Merla — business doula, ordained minister, and multidimensional brand strategist. I work at the intersection of energy and enterprise, helping visionaries like you transform scattered ideas into soul-aligned empires. Through The Alignment Code Lab, we don't just build businesses. Before the energetic systems and spiritual downloads, there was business — traditional, practical, and numbers-driven. I built and scaled my own companies. I studied accounting, business management, and marketing. I learned what makes a brand convert and what causes one to collapse. But despite the success, something was missing. There was strategy… but no soul.
That changed the moment I discovered Pranic Healing. What began as a personal healing path became the unseen backbone of my work. I immersed myself in its teachings, completing all available courses and deepening my practice through Arhatic Yoga. It transformed how I approached business — from task-driven execution to energetically attuned creation. But I'm not here to "heal" your business. I'm here to decode your soul's architecture and turn it into a living, breathing business ecosystem.
Over the years, I've woven together decades of experience in entrepreneurship and brand building, a deep foundation in accounting, business systems, and operational flow, and a spiritual path rooted in energetic mastery and aligned action.
